DAY 1: FROM HANOI – NGHIA LO (Guide / Lunch / Dinner)
After check-out, depart from Hanoi to Nghia Lo. After getting out of hustle and bustle Hanoi, you will enjoy the scene of the Vietnamese countryside along the road. Drop by the tea plantation for a short visit. Then, head to Nghia Lo. Upon arrival at Nghia Lo-a pretty mountainous town, transfer to hotel for check-in and free on your own to wander around and discover the daily life of the ethnic community in the area. Overnight in Nghia Lo.
DAY 2: VISIT NGHIA LO – TU LE VILLAGE – MU CANG CHAI (Guide / Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
In the morning, transfer to Mu Cang Chai, the amazingly beautiful land with magnificent terraced fields. Stop by Tu Le town, get ready to explore the beauty of the valley and villages and experience the local life. The locals here still retain their traditional lifestyle, customs and habits so this is a good chance to learn more about the culture. Upon arrival in Mu Cang Chai, do check-in and explore the surroundings and visit the village of the Thai ethnic minority on your own. Overnight in Mu Cang Chai.
DAY 3: VISIT MU CANG CHAI – SAPA (Guide / Breakfast / Lunch)
Goodbye Mu Cang Chai for the drive to Sapa and enjoy the second chance to capture the stunning views along the way. Arrival in Sapa, transfer to visit Silver Waterfall, from there you can see the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the lush forests belonging to Hoang lien National Park. Then continue to stop for photo and sightseeing at the Tram Ton Pass which at 2,047 meters is the highest road in Vietnam. Enjoy fantastic view over the valley before heading back to hotel. DAY 4: VISIT SAPA – HANG DA – SAU CHUA (Guide / Breakfast)
Situated on the side of Ham Rong mountain, just about 8km east of Sapa, Hang Da and Sau Chua Villages are home to the Black Hmong people who have been living their traditional and unique way of life in spite of the development and massive tourism in Sapa. Trek uphill for two hours to Sa Seng and Sau Chua Villages, where rudimentary houses, stone wall around homes are still present. In the afternoon, walk to Hang Da Village, which sits at 1,800m height to enjoy a panoramic view of Muong Hoa Valley. Pay visit to some local households to have a closer interaction with local culture.Trek down to Pho Village at the center of Hau Thao Commune, where the car is waiting. This trip perfectly combines the car use with soft trekking through beautiful rural tracks with many stops to admire the breathtaking scenery and explore small and isolated hamlets of the Black Hmong peoples. DAY 5: EXPLORE SAPA FREE DAY (Guide / Breakfast)

DAY 6: FROM SAPA – BAC HA MARKET – BAC HA (Guide / Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
In early morning, transfer to an ethnic market which only takes place once every week to explore and enjoy the beauty of nature and local ethnic minorities’ people cultures. Witness how ethnic people enjoy their lives and dress up in their traditional costumes. Besides normal goods traded in any other market, each mountainous market has its own typical products for sale. Overnight in Bac Ha.
DAY 7: BAC HA – HOANG SU PHI Guide / Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
You are arriving at Pan Hou Village in the afternoon. Relax in the eco-lodge which is located in the heart of the Song chay mountains adjoining the Yunnan. This natural fortress has long been a refuge for many ethnic groups who have escaped from the Middle Kingdom, his persecution and its famines. You will have time to rest today before your trek that will start
tomorrow morning. Overnight in Panhou.
DAY 8: HOANG SU PHI TREKKING (Guide / Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Your hike day start at 9am after your breakfast . At the beginning of the walk, you pass through a village of Yao with long tunics who have settled their house on pillar on the mountainside. You will go through the rice fields in terraces, the bamboo forests. The group stops at a Red Dao House. The family is welcoming you with a cup of local tea. You can either rest while waiting for lunch or join your local guide to assist him in the preparation of the meal. The walk will continue in the afternoon to a Tay village in the valley. The group will then follow the river to return to Panhou Village. Overnight in Panhou.
DAY 9: HOANG SU PHI – HA GIANG (Guide / Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Transfer to Ha Giang province located on a high mountainous area. Ha Giang attracts travelers by its famous hairpin turn and the landscape erupted into a sweep of dazzling slopes, serrated ridges and hanging valleys. Overnight in Ha Giang.
DAY 10: HA GIANG – DONG VAN – MEO VAC (Guide / Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Depart Ha Giang to Dong Van Stone Plateau – recognized by UNESCO in October 2010 as one of just 77 geological parks in the world and second in Southeast Asia. 80% of the surface is covered with limestone, which creates a fascinating landscape. Leave the plateau for the drive by the terraced rice fields and through an incredible landscape of pine forests to the Hmong King Palace – a fortress built 1919-1928 by a local chief named Vuong Chinh Duc. Its architecture is influenced by that of Chinese, Mong and French. Overnight in Meo Vac.
DAY 11: DONG VAN – BA BE (Guide / Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
In the morning, drive towards Meo Vac Town. Stop over en route for admiring the scenery and taking some stunning photos of Ma Pi Leng Pass – one of “Tu Dai Dinh Deo” (known as the most four harsh passes in Vietnam with tight turns but beautiful mountainous scenes) to enjoy its magnificent and spectacular scenery. Arriving in Meo Vac, take a short Visit to nearby tribal village to experience local daily life of Hmong village. You will find out on your own beautiful characteristics of their culture. Moreover, living moments will be found through your capture during this trip. Continue to travel to Ba Be. Upon arrival, check-in and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight in Ba Be.
DAY 12: BA BE BOAT – HANOI (Guide / Breakfast / Lunch)
Depart to Ba Be National Park – the reserve set up to protect the biggest freshwater lake of Viet Nam, Ba Be Lake (Three-Lake Lake). Get on the boat floating along Nang River towards the lake. The first stop is Puong Cave – the home to tens of thousands of bats. Nang River flows for 300m under the limestone among the vertical cliffs and unique stalactites through the cave. Back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
